The Recruitment Decision

To help you choose the right candidate, we have assembled a tool kit that allows you to collate the output from all the interviews and compare and contrast skills, experience and interview impressions. We also offer a format to support feedback to unsuccessful candidates. This can be especially useful with internal candidates who you want to develop and motivate despite having turned them down for a particular role.

As an employer, it is your responsibility to ensure that everyone you employ are legally entitled to work in the UK. The Government has stipulated which documents are acceptable as proof of eligibility and we have provided a checklist to record that such proof has been presented as required.
