What are HR Solutions?

HR Solutions are documents that explain how and what you must do to conform with statuary (compulsory, legal) requirements when you employ staff. There are several document types that cover procedures to follow, template forms, template letters, checklists etc.

What is the process to buy a HR Solution(s)?

There are three steps: Firstly, you select the item(s) that you wish to purchase. These item(s) are placed in a shopping cart. Secondly, you checkout and pay for your item(s). On checkout, you are automatically re-directed to the PayPal web site where you make your on-line payment. Thirdly, once your payment has been approved by PayPal, your items are automatically sent to you via e-mail. As part of the PayPal processing, you must enter a valid e-mail address.

Once I have paid, how do I receive my item(s)?

Once your payment has been approved, your item(s) are immediately sent via e-mail using our dedicated server. Each item is sent in a separate e-mail as an attachment in order to minimise the e-mail size. There are two types of file attachments - PDF and zip. Please ensure that your e-mail server allows these types of file attachments. The maximum file attachment is 300K. Please ensure that your e-mail server allows this size of file attachments.

I can't open the documents you have sent me.

The documents have been authored using Microsoft Office 97 (MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel). All PDF files are produced using Acrobat 7. If you have problems opening any of the files, please check that the application you are using is compatible with these packages and versions. Please let us know of any compatibility issues. We will do our best to provide you with versions that you can use.

I have paid but have not received my item(s)?

Once your payment has been approved, your item(s) are immediately sent via e-mail using our dedicated server. Having a dedicated server means that there is virtually no delay before e-mails are sent by us. Please note that, sometimes, e-mails may take some time to be processed by your e-mail server at your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - please be patient.

Why are there lower prices for bundles compared with the sum of individual items?

All of the individual solutions are also part of one or more bundles. Bundles are a cost-effecive way for you to purchase - the more you buy, the lower the cost.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices are inclusive of UK VAT. A VAT receipt will be sent via e-mail at the same time as any purchased item(s). As with any other business related purchase, if you are VAT registered, you may claim back the VAT amount from HM Revenue and Customs in the normal way.

How do you take on-line payments?

We can take either credit-card payments or PayPal account payments. Both of these payment methods are processed using PayPal.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a large, independent, on-line, electronic money institution. PayPal is owned by eBay, the on-line auction site and is their main payment option.

I do not have a PayPal account - can I still pay on-line?

Yes, you can still pay on-line using PayPal without having to have or open a PayPal account.

I am worried about internet fraud - do you keep my credit-card or address details?

No, we do not keep your credit-card or address details - this information is handled by PayPal.
