These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of HR documentation and associated products and material available from the Your HR Shop Limited web site.

Fees for each product offered for sale by Your HR Shop Limited are detailed on the web site next to each document/product. All prices quoted are including VAT. VAT, at the current rate, will be added to all invoices, as shown in the shopping basket prior to confirmation of purchase. Your HR Shop Limited reserves the right to change or amend prices of any documents on the web-site without notice. The purchaser may purchase documents at the price currently shown on the web-site.

Your HR Shop Limited accepts Credit Card payment through the online payment company PayPal. Please see www.Paypal.co.uk for further information. As soon as the payment has been approved through Paypal, the purchaser will be sent an e-mail with the selected documents attached. Please note that your e-mail server or the bandwith of your network connection may add some delay to the delivery of the purchased documents. This type of delay is outside of the control of Your HR Shop Limited, and we can not be held responsible for any such delay. Due to the digital nature of the documents, no right of refund or cancellation exists after a document has been purchased, in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Your HR Shop Limited does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if incorrect information is provided by the purchaser and Your HR Shop Limited cannot accept responsibility for any errors made by the purchaser. The purchaser may use the documents as many times as they wish, subject to the terms and conditions. Documents may be amended depending on changes in the law or recommended practice. Your HR Shop Limited will not notify purchasers of any amendments.

Purchasers may not sell, pass-on, copy or otherwise distribute any documentation purchased on the Your HR Shop web site to any third party, either directly or indirectly, without the express written permission of Your HR Shop Limited.
